Priority in emergency assistance
Members receive priority in the coordination and dispatch of their roadside assistance calls, subject to service availability.
Roadside assistance services
Access to special benefits and conditions on selected mobile roadside assistance services, according to the contracted plan.

1. GY Basic

Included services per year:
- • Two engine oil and filter services per year.
- • One brake replacement per vehicle axle per year (across all 3 axles).
- • One tire replacement per vehicle axle per year (across all 3 axles).
- • One reefer unit cleaning per year (mechanical unit only; does not include cargo box).
- • One general reefer maintenance per year, with a 10% discount on the total cost.
Discounts and benefits:
- • 10% discount on the total cost of services included in the membership.
- • 10% discount on travel mileage to the member's location.
- • 5% discount on labor for roadside assistance services not included in the membership.
2. GY Plus

- • Two engine oil and filter services per year; the second with a 20% discount on the total cost.
- • One brake replacement per vehicle axle per year (across all 3 axles).
- • One tire replacement per vehicle axle per year (across all 3 axles).
- • One reefer unit cleaning per year (mechanical unit only; does not include cargo box).
- • One reefer unit inspection per year, at no additional charge.
- • One general reefer maintenance per year, with a 20% discount on the total cost.

- • 15% discount on the total cost of services included in the membership.
- • 20% discount on travel mileage to the member's location.
- • 10% discount on labor for roadside assistance services not included in the membership.
3. GY Premium

Included services per year:
- • Two engine oil and filter services per year; the second with a 30% discount on the total cost.
- • One brake replacement per vehicle axle per year (across all 3 axles).
- • One tire replacement per vehicle axle per year (across all 3 axles).
- • Two reefer unit cleanings per year (mechanical unit only; does not include cargo box).
- • Two reefer unit inspections per year, at no additional charge.
- • One general reefer maintenance per year, with a 25% discount on the total cost.
Discounts and benefits:
- • 20% discount on the total cost of services included in the membership.
- • 25% discount on travel mileage to the member's location.
- • 15% discount on labor for roadside assistance services not included in the membership.
4. General conditions applicable to all three memberships
- Listed rates correspond to a monthly fee subject to a mandatory twelve (12) consecutive month annual service contract.
- GY Roadside Solutions LLC will supply the parts, replacement components, oil, filters, tires, brake components, and other necessary materials to perform the services included in the membership, as applicable. The cost of these items will be subject to the discounts established for each service.
- Inclusion of brake replacements and tire replacements across all three (3) vehicle axles is contingent upon mechanical parts and tires being supplied and purchased directly through GY Roadside Solutions LLC. If the member elects to supply their own parts, materials, or tires, the service will not be complimentary, and the plan discount will apply strictly to standard hourly labor rates.
- The two annual oil change services must be performed with a minimum interval of three months between them.
- General maintenance of the refrigerated unit (reefer) may be performed only after five months have elapsed from the client's membership effective start date.
- GY Roadside Solutions LLC provides no warranty on components or parts supplied by the customer or third parties, and is held harmless from failures or incidents resulting therefrom. Furthermore, the company assumes no liability for loss, spoilage, or damage of transported cargo, loss of business, or highway delays due to traffic conditions or force majeure.
5. Scope of general refrigerated unit (reefer) maintenance
General reefer maintenance exclusively covers the following work on the mechanical refrigeration unit (does not include the trailer cargo box or internal/external trailer wash-outs):
- Oil and filter change of the reefer unit.
- Belt replacement.
- Topping off refrigerant levels when necessary (subject to technical inspection pursuant to EPA Section 608 regulations; refrigerant will not be added to systems with unaddressed leaks).
- Operational check of compressor performance and general unit operation.
This maintenance does not include repairing refrigerant leaks, major mechanical or electrical repairs, disassembly of major assemblies, replacement of other components, or work outside of what is expressly listed. If a leak, breakdown, or need for additional work is identified, the member will be notified and an estimate provided separately.
