These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://gyroadsidesolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by GY Roadside Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Site.

These Terms apply to the use of the Site and to information published on it. They do not replace any written work order, invoice or service agreement you may sign with us; if a signed service document conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls for that job.

2. The Site Is Informational, Not a Contract

Submitting our contact form is a request for service, not an accepted order or a confirmed appointment. We review each request and contact you to check availability and coordinate the work. No service is scheduled, and no price is agreed, until we confirm it with you directly by phone, text or email.

3. Pricing and Quotes

Prices shown on the Site, if any, are indicative only and are not a binding offer.
The final price is quoted before work begins, based on the service required, vehicle type, location, and time of day or night.
You will be told the quoted price before we dispatch, and you may decline it without charge for the quote itself.
Payment methods, minimums and any trip/diagnosis fees are explained when the quote is given.
Taxes applicable under Texas law are added as required.

4. Availability, Response Times and Dispatch

We provide mobile roadside assistance in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. We do not promise round-the-clock availability or a fixed arrival time. Response depends on your location, traffic, weather, road and site conditions, and the schedule and workload of our technicians at the time of your request. Any time estimate we give is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee, and delays can occur. If we cannot reach you at the number or location provided, we may close the request.

5. Your Responsibilities

To keep you, other road users and our technicians safe, you agree to:

Give accurate information about your vehicle, the problem, and your location.
Make sure the stopping location is as safe and legal as possible — hazard lights out, vehicle secured, and you and bystanders away from live traffic lanes.
Be reachable by phone at the number you provide and, when possible, remain at the vehicle.
Tell us in advance about hazards at the site (fuel or fluid leaks, cargo, low clearance, unstable loads, animals, aggressive traffic).
Follow the safety instructions of our technician, and not operate any equipment you are not qualified to operate.
Pay the agreed price for the service performed.

We may decline or stop a request where we reasonably believe there is a safety risk, where the location is inaccessible, where the work requires licensed specialists we are not, or where the vehicle or situation is outside the services we advertise.

6. Scope of Work; Not a Towing or Repair Facility

We perform mobile roadside assistance as described on our Services pages. We are not a tow truck, body shop, dealer, electrical-certification authority, or an insurance carrier. Some problems require repairs that cannot be done on the road; in those cases we will tell you and may recommend a towing or shop destination, but we are not responsible for third parties you choose to hire.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images and layout on this Site are the property of GY Roadside Solutions LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use them commercially without our prior written permission. The Company name and marks may not be imitated or used in a way that suggests endorsement.

8. Prohibited Use of the Site

You agree not to:

Submit false, duplicated or bad-faith service requests, or submit requests on behalf of others without their knowledge.
Interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to breach the Site's security or operation.
Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to collect content or personal data from the Site.
Upload malware, or use the contact form to transmit unlawful, harmful or spam content.
Use the Site in violation of any applicable federal, Texas state or local law.

9. Reviews and Testimonials

We display customer feedback sourced from verified third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile. We never publish fabricated reviews, we do not pay or offer discounts, gifts or any other incentive in exchange for a review, and we do not filter which customers may leave one. Reviews express the opinions of the individual customers who wrote them, not statements of fact by the Company, and results described in a review may not be typical of every job.

If you post content to us (a review, a message, a photo), you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site and our social profiles. You confirm that your content is truthful, is yours to share, and does not contain personal data of third parties.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site links to third parties such as Google Maps, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and our form-processing provider. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, prices, safety or policies, and you use them at your own risk. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

11. Privacy and Contact Consent

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. When you submit the contact form you also give separate, explicit consent to be contacted at the phone number you provide by call, text (SMS) or voicemail to coordinate the requested service; message and data rates may apply, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

12. Disclaimers ("As Is")

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is always current. Roadside conditions can be hazardous; you are responsible for your own safety and for complying with traffic laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GY Roadside Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages — including lost freight, lost cargo, lost revenue, delayed deliveries, down-time or rental costs — arising out of your use of the Site or out of a service request, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a particular service job is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify GY Roadside Solutions LLC, its members and employees from claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or information you provide that is false or misleading.

15. Dispute Resolution

Most problems can be solved quickly by talking to us, so you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any dispute before taking other action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree that any claim arising from the Site or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. We do not charge you for a quote or for withdrawing a request before dispatch.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows when the current version was published. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
